We model our volunteering structures on Autistic principles - in order to create a more Autism friendly environment!
 
People with Autism often have very specific interests to the point of obsession,
so in order to include them in our work we have to take a non-traditional approach.
 
Rather than setting out roles that we must then fill with volunteers, we create roles directly from the interests people have and then ask how we can creatively
patch those roles together to meet our goals!
