We are a voluntary association consisting primarily of higher functioning adult autists.

Where possible we offer employment first to autists and second to non-autists. Diagnosis is preferable but not mandatory and each case shall be looked at on an individual basis. This is to protect autists who have failed to attain a diagnosis because of the problems they experience.

We are currently also gathering a bank of support workers
 whose roles range from everyday support to working with creative therapeutic approaches.
Volunteering in this capacity can lead directly to direct payments for personal assistance.
 PA's can earn upwards of eight pounds per hour.
